Oasis of Hope Legal Trauma Center

At Legal Trauma Support, we believe that access to legal guidance should never be out of reach because of financial hardship. That is why we provide these immigration legal services for a symbolic fee, helping individuals and families receive the support they need at a cost they can afford.

Our mission is to serve the community with compassion, integrity, and respect. Every contribution helps sustain our work and allows us to continue assisting vulnerable immigrants while keeping our services accessible to those who need them most.

Info

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) is a humanitarian immigration benefit that may help children and young adults who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents. Our team provides compassionate guidance throughout the process, helping eligible youth pursue lawful permanent residence and build a safer future.

T and U Visas

Victims of certain crimes or human trafficking may qualify for immigration protection through a T Visa or U Visa. We help survivors understand their options, prepare strong applications, and navigate the legal process while prioritizing their safety, privacy, and well-being.

VAWA Self-Petition

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) allows certain abused spouses, parents, and children of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents to apply for immigration benefits without relying on their abuser. We provide confidential and compassionate legal support to help survivors seek protection and independence.

Asylum

Individuals who fear persecution in their home country because of their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group may be eligible for asylum in the United States. We assist clients in preparing their cases with care, ensuring their stories are presented clearly and accurately.

Removal Defense

Facing immigration court or removal proceedings can be overwhelming. We provide dedicated legal representation and strategic defense for individuals at risk of deportation, working to protect their rights and explore every available form of immigration relief.

Waivers of Inadmissibility

Certain immigration issues can prevent a person from obtaining lawful status or entering the United States. In some situations, a Waiver of Inadmissibility may provide a solution. We evaluate each case carefully and help prepare waiver applications that clearly demonstrate eligibility and supporting evidence.
